How can I tell what designs are included on the Full CD?
The easiest way to display ALL designs included on the current Full CD is to use our Powersearch. Select All Catagories for the Catagory section and enter Full CD in the Keyword field. Then "click" Search. This will list all the designs included on the current Full CD.
How can I determine what designs on your web site are too new to be on the Full CD?
The easiest way to display ALL designs too new to be included on the current Full CD is to use our Powersearch. Select All Catagories for the Catagory section and enter Next CD in the Keyword field. Then "click" Search. This will list all the designs on our web site that are NEW and NOTincluded on the current Full CD.
I have heard you give away some free designs. How do I know where to find them?
The easiest way to display the FREE designs is to use our Powersearch. Select All Catagories for the Catagory section and enter FREE in the Keyword field. Then "click" Search. This will list all the designs on our web site that are currently FREE.
The FREE designs are still covered by our licensing agreement and may not be given away or sold. It is a violation of copyright law to make and distribute copies of Ginko Designs or Strawberry Stitch Co. design software and/or its art work. The design software is licensed to the original purchaser for embroidery use only at one location.
Shopping
I am having trouble using your shopping cart system. What could be the problem?
Your browser settings must be adjusted to allow cookies in order for this shopping cart system to work. A cookie is merely a number or series of letters that are assigned to you as a "cart number", they do not broadcast or collect any information other than that. Your cookie will be deleted at the time of checkout, or will expire in two hours whichever comes first.
Changing Your Cookie Settings
To change your browsers cookie settings follow these simple steps:
In Internet Explorer: Go to your "Tools" menu at the top of your browser (right next to your Favorites menu) and select "Options". You will then see a screen displaying your browser settings. Click on the tab that says "Privacy". Set your privacy setting to "Medium High" or lower.
Press "OK" to close all of your settings windows. You may need to restart your browser on certain platforms.

In Netscape Navigator: Open Netscape Navigator and select Edit>Preferences from the menu bar. When the dialog box to the right appears, select the 'Advanced' category.
When those options appear, you can set Cookies to whichever level you'd like, and can select a warning so that a dialog box appears prior to a cookie being set.
Once finished, click on the OK button to return to Netscape. You may need to restart your browser on certain platforms.

How can I obtain the color sequence recommended for one of the Ginko Designs?
Our recommended color sequences are located within the .EMB file included on your CD or email. To open one of the .EMB files you must use the utility program
EMBroidery TrueSizer.
I would like to purchase a catalog of your designs so I can show my customers what you have available. Do you have a catalog available for purchase?
We most certainly do and our
Ginko Design catalog may be purchased on-line. The catalog is in a nice white binder making it easy for you to update as new designs are released.
I purchased your design catalog but see you have new designs available. How do I update the catalog I already purchased?
We believe it is important to keep your Ginko Design catalog up to date so you will always know what designs are available to you. For this reason we have made it easy to
download updates
allowing you quick and easy updates.

Upgrading your Ginko Designs CD from earlier versons is very simple and affordable. Visit our

Ordering
How can I tell what a design cost?
When you have located a design you're interested in, CLICK on the design to view the designs full details which will include the design's cost.
Will my order come by mail or by email?
Orders that will be physically mailed are Books, CDs and applique parts. Orders that will be emailed are individual stock designs and design collections.
I received my order confirmation but my design never arrived. What could be the problem?
Our system sends messages such as order confirmations and download information automatically. These emails are from our mail@ address and tend to be formatted in a manner that some spam blocking software programs tend to mistake for spam. If you have not received an email you were expecting, looking in your spam or junk box would be a good place to look first.

Alphabets
I see you have alphabets for sale. What program do these work with?
The alphabets found in the
Alphabets section and numbered bewteen APH0001 - APH0499 are designed to operate as keyboard alphabets within the Wilcom ES software. They can only be used with Wilcom ES21L v9 systems or higher.
Alphabets numbered APH0500 and higher are individually created files provided in stitch file format and can be used with any program supporting stitch files.
How do I install the alphabets in my Wilcom ES system?
Installing your Wilcom alphabets is easy and only takes a few minutes. With Wilcom closed, copy the alphabet files (APH****.ESA) into the Wilcom "ESwin\userletw" folder and then start Wilcom. You will now see the alphabets displayed in list of alphabets.

File Formats
What file formats may I choose from?
With every order a .DST (Stitch file) and a .EMB (Object file) will be provided.
What if I need a file format other than .DST or .EMB?
EMBroidery TrueSizer is a FREE utility program that will allow you to convert the .EMB file provided to many common home and commercial file formats such as .CND, .EXP, .PES, .HUS, .PCS, .JEF, .SEW and .CSD.
You may obtain EMBroidery TrueSizer as a free download and begin to use this wonderful program right away.
I have Wilcom but when I try to open a .EMB file it says the file was created with a new version. How can I open these newer EMB files?
EMBroidery TrueSizer is a FREE utility program that will allow you to open the most recent EMB files and then save them down to the lower version required by your software. You may obtain EMBroidery TrueSizer as a free download and begin to use this wonderful program right away.
